Comic or Preacher?

Making the email rounds is this 3-minute introduction. (It had been posted to YouTube some time ago.) The sender of the email getting forwarded noted that it features

Steve Harvey, a comedian addressing a secular audience. The subject "How Would You Introduce Christ to a Room Full of People?"

It's hard to imagine that his is a comedian and not a preacher, and this is an audience...and not a congregation.

Is he a comic or a preacher?
